Super Premium
DreamFolks is the dominant Indian aggregator — most domestic Indian-issued cards access lounges through it. The DreamFolks app issues a digital voucher that lounge staff scan at entry. No physical card needed.
Priority Pass is the international standard. Every super-premium Indian card includes a PP membership; you get a separate physical PP card. Coverage is broader internationally but tighter inside India (PP-stamped Indian lounges are getting rarer).
Direct means the issuer has its own arrangement with the lounge operator — common for AmEx and a few HDFC partner cards. No third-party app, just present the card.
Spend criteria are the silent gotcha: many "free lounge visits" are unlocked only after ₹5K–₹50K of quarterly spend. Numbers above are headline limits, not always "day 1" limits.

HDFC Infinia and HDFC Diners Club Black offer unlimited domestic and international lounge visits (international via Priority Pass). Below that tier, premium cards typically bundle 8–16 visits a year, often released quarterly.
Increasingly they're spend-gated: many banks now unlock the next quarter's lounge visits only after ₹5,000–₹50,000 of spend in the previous quarter. The visit itself is free once unlocked, but a card left in a drawer earns no visits. A ₹2 DreamFolks/network verification charge at entry is common.
It depends on the network. DreamFolks (most Indian domestic cards): show the digital voucher from the DreamFolks flow or swipe the card at the lounge desk. Priority Pass (super-premium cards, international): present your separate Priority Pass membership card. Direct arrangements (AmEx, some HDFC): just present the credit card itself.
Usually not free. Most Indian cards cover only the primary cardholder per visit; guests are charged ₹1,000–₹1,400 or deduct an extra visit from your quota. Add-on cardholders typically get their own separate visit quota — often the cheapest way to cover a spouse.
